Three Little Boxes for Simon Says

Well I think this is the first time ever that I have posted anything other than a card on my blog and certainly nothing like this, the theme for Simon Says Challenge is anything but a card. These are called truffle boxes and decided to make three in a Christmas theme. The backing papers are Bearlymine the blue and green boxes have Poinsettia's from Fred She Said but the red box has the Digital Poinsettia from Sue at McMahon Five Designs (logo in side bar). I used a template that I downloaded some time ago then passed it through the printer to get the pattern then cut them out with my craft knife. I then put them together which was so easy and I thoroughly enjoyed it and was so pleased with them. I have added stickles and ribbons. I will be making more for Christmas and already my mum wants several lol. Hugs to all.

It seems I was the only one surprised lol....you all think I am worthy of these new roles and do you know that means more to me than anything your faith in my ability to create something lovely. I hope I will not disappoint anyone but then you are here with me every step of the way encouraging me and giving me the much needed inspiration. I know I wouldn't have made it without you all. I'm Back with a two in one card

Oh wow I can't believe I managed to make a card this week and I feel I have been away for ages I am so glad to be back among you. I am hoping to make some visits later and see what you have all been up to lol.

This card I made for two challenges the first is Truly Scrumptious based on the sketch and second is Allsorts the theme being 'Vintage'. I have used a Whiff of Joy stamp and coloured with Inktense pencils, the backing paper was a freebie the flowers you can see behind the image is a huge stamp from Stamp Galaxy which I stamped in Versafine Sepia then onto cream card and used a gold metallic rub on and distressed the flowers and beyond. I added some lace and frosty stickles the orange flowers are Elusive Images which I stamped with White Versacolour onto Vellum then added a yellow paper bud for the middle. I added a couple of vellum butterflies which I punched from the same vellum as the flowers using my new MS punch. I hope you like it and big hugs to all.

I also hope you have noticed my new signature design which I got from my special friend Allissa who is also the creator of my banners.
